Shipping and Return Policy

Wisez Ltd. (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://wisezslots.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

The items and images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and it is not possible to purchase items through the website. Given the nature of the products, estimates, availability requests and orders must be sent via email to customer service.

We collaborate with the main manufacturers and dealers of slot machines around the world and we always try to provide the best possible products and services to our customers.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Based on the distances of destination from our warehouse, shipments will be made by truck or ship as per your preference. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3. Delivery terms

3.1 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 10/15 business days of payment of order.

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

3.2 Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

3.3 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days.

3.4 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 18 – 34 days.

3.5 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can investigate.

3.6 Parcels damaged in transit

Being selling items with “Ex Works” clause, once the items have been delivered to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any damage caused in transit. From that moment, all responsibility is to be attributed to the carrier.

4. Warranty

For new slot machines there is a 90-day guarantee from the manufacturer. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping.

No warranty is applied to the sale of used or refurbished slot machines.

5. Return

The exchange of any item or part must follow these procedures and guidelines:

5.1 Used or Refurbished item sales are final and cannot be returned.

5.2 New product sales may be returned for an equal exchange of other items or parts. Items returned may be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping.

5.3 E-proms and electrical parts are sold “As Is” and not returnable for exchange, we cannot be certain these items will be installed correctly.

5.4 Exchanges must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase and are subject to all our return provisions and penalties.

5.5 To initiate a return or exchange you must contact Wisez Ltd. and don’t send anything to us before getting our specific return instructions.

5.6 All shipping costs and return shipping charges are paid by the customer. No refunds will be made on any shipping cost or portions of any order as it’s related to any shipping fees or shipping costs.

5.7 All returns in the excess of $100.00 must be shipped and INSURED for the full value against damages occurring during shipping. The cost of reshipping any item to you in the event of the merchandise exchange is also your responsibility. Wisez Ltd. will not pay for any shipping charges. (Few exceptions may apply).

5.8 Items returned for either exchange, must be in the original condition and shipped back in the original packaging to be acceptable for exchange. Credits are issued only after the return is received and inspected by Wisez Ltd. and are in sellable condition. In the event, the item is returned used, or because of its returned condition, must be repackaged for resale, a 50% restocking fee will be charged in the event the returned item is no longer in sellable condition, the item (s) will be returned to you and no credit or exchange will be permitted unless you inform the delivery company of delivery damages on the original arrival. There is a 50% charge on any canceled orders.

5.9 All special orders will be charged a 50% non-refundable deposit and the deposit will be made before any custom order can begin.

5.10 Once a returned item is received, a store credit can be issued, or an exchange can be made per our return policy.

5.11 If the customer refuses shipment on slot machines, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and lose 100% of the amount paid for the order.

6. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you paid the full amount or have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched applying the 100% penalty of the deposit paid. If an order has paid in full or already been dispatched, it will not be possible to refund the order.
